Rochester Software Associates Hires New Product Trainer / Instructional Designer

Rochester Software Associates (RSA), provider of production print workflow software solutions for in-plant print centers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Colleen Seeley. As Product Trainer and Instructional Designer, Colleen is responsible for continuing RSA's tradition of training excellence through the education of our employees, customer and partners on our industry-leading software solutions and extending RSA's library of online self-paced training.

Colleen has over ten years experience developing and delivering training online and in person. Working for companies such as Callfinity, Xerox Corporation, and TargetVision Communications, she has proven her ability to successfully design and implement training courses, and provide outstanding technical support. Most recently, Colleen worked at TAPFIN/Manpower as Trainer and Technical Writer, delivering multiple training courses and developing more effective user documentation. She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
